Salt Lake City council members ended seven years of wrangling with approval for a nearly $23 million soccer complex along the Jordan River in the city's northwest corner. A 5-2 council vote on Tuesday calls for use of a $15.3 million bond that voters approved in 2003, plus $7.5 million donated by Utah's Major League Soccer team, Real Salt Lake.
