As you have likely seen in recent media coverage, the Texas Education Agency has ranked AISD’s overall performance for the 2009-2010 school year as “unacceptable” because of our failure to graduate at least 75 percent of each and every one of our racial/ethnic subgroups of students. You certainly deserve an explanation.
