CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Police discovered a man who they say was making methamphetamine in a stolen pickup Monday morning. An employee at Guppy’s on the Go, 235 Edgewood Rd. NW, called police around 7:20 a.m. Monday to report a man who appeared to be sleeping in a pickup in the parking lot.
